Damien Lucas

Lucas has been sculpting since 1997, and is well versed both in classicism & modernism in the figure and abstraction, working in a variety of mediums including clay, plaster, stone, wood, steel and bronze. He has exhibited widely- including Swell 2022 and 2025.

Mimi Dennett

Mimi's work has been exhibited in major festivals and galleries across Australia, including Solid Gold at HOTA Gallery (2021), Siren at Perth Festival (2022), and Song to the Ocean at HOTA Gallery (2025), a large-scale light installation created in collaboration with composer Corinna Bonshek. Dennett has been a multiple-time finalist at Sculpture by the Sea (Bondi and Cottesloe, W.A. and Aarhus, Denmark), North Sydney Art Prize, the York Botanic Art Prize, Strand Ephemera and the North Queensland Ceramics Biennale, and her collaborative installations have been featured at events such as Bleach Festival, Eden Unearthed, and the Northern Australian Festival of the Arts.

Dave Hickson

Dave majored in sculpture at the National Art School in Sydney, winning the Julian Beaumont Sculpture Prize in 2002, and graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours in Sculpture in 2003. In 2005 he completed a Graduate Diploma in Education at the University of Technology in Sydney (UTS) and is now a part time sculpture teacher at TAFE NSW campuses in the Northern Rivers. He primarily works from his studio in Ocean Shores. Dave is also a Trackways Committee member

Sam is a dynamic and accomplished arts coordinator with extensive experience in curating public art and events with a strong background in visual arts, design, and photography. She has a unique combination of creative vision and skills, dedicated to enhancing community engagement through impactful artistic initiatives. Passion for teaching and collaborative program development within the Arts that inspire and cultivate cultural appreciation across diverse communities. Sam’s artistic practice is in Sculpture - Ephemeral art concepts - Site specific installations - involving community participation, through nature related initiatives.
